"Soprano. Roof terrace" restaurant is located on the roof of the Taurus City hotel. This is a unique place where hotel guests will really feel that they are high above earth, between two heavens. On the seventh floor of the hotel, through the open panoramic windows, you can enjoy the enchanting panoramic view of the "High Castle" park, the Lviv Town Hall, and St. George Cathedral, you can taste delicious dishes, cooked masterfully following special recipes of the chef, have a chat with friends while drinking a glass of the best wine, and feel the true meaning of the word "happiness".
"Soprano. Roof terrace" restaurant can accommodate 40 guests in case of a banquet and 60 people in case of a buffet. In the summer, a terrace for 36 seats is open.

Cuisine
Dishes cooked on charcoal in a Josper oven are the peculiarity of the "Soprano. Roof terrace" restaurant menu. In a Josper oven, meat or fish get a crust, while they continue to cook from the inside. Thanks to this technology, dishes are extremely juicy, aromatic, and delicious. Unique taste and appetizing appearance of dishes with a golden and juicy crust, characteristic smell of smoke, enchanting interior, and perfect service – we do everything so that our guests get maximum pleasure.
You can order incredibly delicious cakes and sweets in the restaurant's own confectionery: éclairs, shots, macaroons, and cakes. Cakes and sweets are prepared subject to making a pre-order. Minimum order for a cake is 2.5 kg.
